Are you supposed to monetize your YouTube videos? Or are you supposed to not monetize? I'm confused

If you are partnered with Freedom you will need to monetise your videos, though if you aren't linked to a network its all down to you. If you potentially to make money off your videos through ad revenue then you will need to monetise the video though if this doesn't bother you then you don't have to.

Thats a bit strange as Freedom normally prompts you to turn on monetisation when you partner with them for all of your videos. Also if you are partnered with Freedom why not request the partner badge, which will give you access to all parts of the forums - all the information about how you do this can be found in the link below : -
