I uploaded a video recently and with in one day it got more views than any of my other videos on my channel even ones that are months old, it is now on around 150 views and still going up.

Well it is a topic that has never been done on YouTube before and it is very hard to find information about it on the internet so that probably helps me a bit but also it is the prologue to a lore series and what I've seen a lot of people like lore series. Although it is the prologue the series also applies to multiple audiences too not just gamers so in a way it's like the perfect series to do. I feel quite lucky because it is also on a subject that I really enjoy being and I am even doing a degree in classics and the lore series is about the gods and mythology so it goes well.
