I just started out and i only have like a total of 350 views on my channel and I was wondering do you still get paid for that or is it only every 1000?

You need to connect your account to adsense first .Second you will get paid 1$ on 1000 views on average depending on type of monitization
Yeah, you will but there is no point if you ask me.
You need at least $100,- before youtube will do payout and with your stats at the moment that will take ages so my tip will be, wait till you got more and a steady(or growing) view count before you turn on ads
