Solved Freedom Changed Policy For All My Videos.

Hi,
I would like to have an explanation given for something outragous that recently happened. On my gaming channel I set all my videos to track in all countries. A month has passed since my last video since Ive been planning for the future and working on my other channel. I come back to find that Freedom has changed the policy for every one of my gaming videos to Monetonize in all countries. They have also switched on all forms of monetization so every type of ad could appear. Im not blaming freedom for this because It could be youtube and the recent changes But I want an explanation. Its outrageous that all my policys get changed without my consent, I guess freedoms getting greedy and wants all the money they can get. Im fine with you requiring desktop ads but Don't go and switch on every type of ad for all my videos.
Could someone please Explain what happened. And Im pretty sure its only my gaming channel that this happened to.

This happened to me the moment i joined Freedom actually. Changed it a couple times just to find out that it got changed again. I then came to accept it and never looked back at it again.

Ok. So its not just me. Well ive been partnered with freedom for ages and I've partnered heaps of channels but it has never happened to any of my other channels? Wierd Hey?

Weird thing indeed, i transfered over to MGN a good while back and know i once updated my monetize option and think it stayed the same after that. But then aside i never checked it after that

After asking several staffmembers who have acces to our CMS i got ensured that Freedom never, ever changes the policy of their users without their consent, and neither does YT.

The most likely reason that the policy changed is that you changed (sub)network lately, and that automaticly resets to YT's default monitization settings (which is 100% monotization unfortunatly).

Does the above scenario sounds familiar? We're you in a subnetwork?

I didn't change any subnetwork. I've always been with freedom MCN. So I don't know what's going on.

Have you got any news relating this because now it's happened to my Inspire Films channel.

I'm currently going through and manually putting them all back but I still want to know why it did this.

This has happened ever since I joined Freedom almost two years ago as well.It is also not the first time this has been brought to Freedoms attention.I have turned OFF full page adds many times only to check a week or two later and find they are once again enabled.I did send a ticket to You-tube and they also deny doing this saying that my monotisation would not be changed by them.

I've spoken to row and they actually do. This sometimes happens if they move me to another CMS because one has been filled up. She is looking into it for me.
