Help!

I'm a super small channel and I have no idea how to grow!
Can anybody give me some tips you have used or heard of to help me grow?
I've been uploading at least 3 times a week consistently (except for when my computer broke)
What else can I do!? Here's My Channel:

First thing I would suggest is to add the link to your youtube channel here on the forum (you should see the "subscribe" button under my comment for example) so people can give you some constructive criticism

I'd suggest commentating more and showing off more of you and your voice so your subscribers know who you are and also add thumbnails that pop and hook the viewer, I use pixlr to make mine its free
