Solved Support.tm won't help

I tried to join Freedom last week and up until now, my youtube account is still not linked. I tried to contact support.tm and they replied to me once. and its been 3 days since i contacted them and my account is still not linked.

I think he just Verified because he's no partner yet.
It's the verification you will get when you add your phonenumber.
