Solved I got declined for 'spam'

i applied for freedom a while ago with my youtube channel BarcrestArcadesUK, and i had no invitation a week later, so i opened a ticket and then got a response saying i havent been invited because i make spam videos. my videos are NOT spam videos.
the email also said i cannot appeal. what do i do? i tried emailing them back but havent got a response

Well I think it's because you're uploading gambling videos.
I think it's against the YouTube guidlines and that's the reason why you've got declined.
(I don't if it's the community guidlines or the TOS)

I have many friends that are partnered with freedom and also do gambling videos..,

Well if they reviewed your channel and find content that is against youtube's terms then they have full right to not accept you.

That said you already mentioned going to a other network but the chances are you might experience the same problem but best of luck
