Solved suport ticket

hello i have posted a suport ticket on the 5th it has been 4 days and it is still Unassigned i was told if it dose not get responded to or at least assigned to post a thread on here so i am i have not spamed it sent the one ticket in and left it what should i do

At the moment there is quite a large backlog of tickets, sorry for the delays. It could take up to a week unfortunately.

well the problem is with my refer a friend link it dose not work when ppl use it it sends then to a error page but when they take out the via it works but dose not show them as referred by me
