Hi Freedom.
So i uploaded a video which says it has copyrighted content which it obviously does but I was reviewing the Anime Clip with commentary. Doesnt that makes it fall under the Fair Use?
Should i publish and file a dispute? Please help me out. I worked more than 5hrs on this video.

Tough question but in most cases Anime is protected material wich can't be monetized.
