Sometimes original creators will allow others to use their work (he may have also gained their permission), however if this is not the case this may be taken down. I'd suggest not to get too caught up with others are doing, just make sure that when you are uploading that you are following the rules.

i see your mad because he got accepted for copyright as it would be copyrighted and had a strike so it must have been the creator gave permission to him and if you open a ticket it should be answered in the next few weeks Thanks -AjSucksAtMC
