Different developers have different stances. Like @snakenet said, Nintendo will probably be fussy about videos containing their gameplay.
To make certain that you are allowed to use their content in your videos, check the developers' and publishers' websites. They will usually have a statement that tells you what you can and cannot do with their IP. However, for the most part GTA, Minecraft, COD and many other modern and much-played games should be fine to upload.

Hi!

¿What about FIFA series? I know music and videos included must be avoided, but ¿gameplay? I like to make videos talking about the gameplay, not just upload a video without any comment, so I think ¿is right?

Thanks!
According to this EA thread, you need permission in order to use their content without getting into legal trouble. They link a PDF and an email to send that completed document to.
I'm sure most people probably don't do this, but it's always good to make sure you are completely allowed to use their content. In this case, they could potentially (if they wanted to) take down all FIFA (and other EA titles) of people who have not filled out the form. Do note that the thread was posted in 2014, so I'm not sure if it's still completely relevant.

Thanks for the answer!

Yes, I have read that, but is not clear. There is a page (up to Feb 2016) I can't post the link (see below), where EA said that is allowed "Fair Use" for FIFA footage. But, you must ask for permissions for licensed content, third party things included in the game.

Search in google "How to request permission to use EA content", the first link is the right one.

About the Fair Use EA said:
EA appreciates the passion that players have for our games, and we're always excited to see the creativity that comes from our community. EA does not object to fair uses of video footage or screenshots on video sharing sites, including YouTube channels that are commercialized, as long as the footage is a version of the game that we have released to the public.

As far I can understand, is fine. But you must don't use third party things, for example, music. For that, you must ask a permission.

I'm quite new in freedom so, I ask this because I didn't know if there is a "correct" answer about this issues outhere. In the forum search didn't find too much info.

I hope we help each other sharing this info.
