So i have a really small youtube channel and the views are going down a lot evry video...

this is a screenshot of it (weergaven = views) and remove the spaces its hard to share a link
is this a bad thing or not?

You can't post links because you haven't made 5 posts yet. You may just be getting a dip in views because this is the time when a lot of people are busy. Usually during the holidays the views will pick up.

There are lots of guides in these forums to help with gaining more views and getting your channel out there, be sure to have a look through the forums.

Don't get disheartened by views, as you mentioned your a small channel. As you produce more content your channel will start to grow.

You have a couple of really good thumbnails, the spammer one stands out a lot the others don't really show me what is going on in the video. I would recommend you spend a little time on crafting them. As Koala said there are lots of resources on the forum for you to browse, it is defiantly worth reading through them as you may have missed something that is preventing your videos from being discovered, e.g tags.

I would reduce your intro time down, it is quite a long time before people get in to your content.
