Thing is my channel was already partnered with freedom?
My channel is also in good standing
so..

That's just a bug with the Freedom! dashboard. A little while back it was happening to everyone. If you've checked your YouTube Features page and everything is fine there, don't worry about it. Also, ensure that your PayPal account is linked so that you can be paid.
