It's not a waste of time, per se, but it's not as "helpful" as they say it is. The program doesn't go away after the 2 weeks, it's actually there forever, but I think they're just trying to push it, and only during these 2 weeks will you be able to receive a certificate if you finish the course. But they're basically just really long how-to's or tips and tricks written by people who work at YouTube or famous YouTubers.
I suggest you check it out if you are serious about youtube. There are some helpful tips.

You might be able to find some tips you didn't think about before. It might not make/break you for the future, but you never know what you can learn there ^^ I feel like they have some steps not everybody thinks about when first starting out.
