Solved Age-restricted problem

I see that a video was made by youtube has an age limit but it contains no nudity and no sexual act or sexual content. Is this normal ?
Is there no solution for this problem?

I wouldn't exactly call it a problem- it just means the person who published the video marked it as "age restricted". To be far, the Thumbnail isn't exactly young "kid friendly".

If that is the case then, the video's "Thumbnail" might be the reason behind it. It is quite sexual.
