i haved huge problems in past with bomb clicking what does this do some random user come to my channel and click multiple times on my ads and soon after i get adsense dissabled is there way to protect myself

I did a video on a subject like this, But I like to say I wish youtube make a program that if you click on the video you get a view and let say you click it again you view wont climb from previous time if you know I mean. I wish you tube do this in the future....
