I understand your situation completely. Up until now I had no ways of making money whatsoever, now I am 16 I was able to get a job online and receive the income from it as my parents were very tight about me having a paypal account and access to online banking before I was 16. I never got pocket money or "chore money" because my parents were always saving up for other things. I know it sounds strange, but think about why you actually need the money. Buying a new setup? Just try to wait. If your not old enough or willing to go and get a job at a local shop or business then do you really need the money?
If you are in the situation where you have online banking/paypal then do some work online! Get yourself out there. I got a job via knowing people on minecraft. I used to make Logo's for a server and someone recognized me for it so they offered me a job making logo's and advertisement type things for them. But there are also sites where you can sell banners/avatars/logos and other things too. If its a case of learning how to do it, then there are thousands of tutorials on youtube as to how to do it.
Other online work can even consist of doing online surveys. I personally don't do this, but one of my friends makes about £50-£100 a month from doing online surveys. So you could try that out if need be.
I also recommend watching some of Marzbar/Techflow's videos on making money.
It's very easy and this dude was able to start up his own company with money he made- which I think is pretty inspiring.
