Have you ever checked up on channels after the shout out?

I don't mean to be rude but all of these shout out series just seem to be for easy dead subscribers. If you're genuinely helping people grow that's great, but if it's not doing anything for anybody what is the point?

I do follow all these subscribers. Half of them don't even sub to me. I do it to help people grow as well as myself.
