I tried to partner my new channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGQHKv-aKGKHXopPnpvrgjA but when I went to apply it would take me through steps 1 and 2 but then it glitches and goes back to step 1 when it should be taking me to step 3 and it just kept doing that. Now when I try to apply it says my username is taken but I've never fully completed the application. I tried to go on my old channel's freedom account http://youtube.com/AustinPlayzz and add the new channel on there but I keep checking the new account's youtube settings and it doesn't say I'm partnered with freedom yet even though it says on my freedom dashboard that it has been accepted and is active. I know you have to check your dashboard and accept the partnership but it hasn't popped up. I'm not a newb at this it's like my 4th or 5th time partnering a channel with freedom and this is my 1st time having issues. Can someone please just remove my channel from my old freedom account and create a new account and partner my new channel??? I've tried submitting a ticket and talking to my sub network's CEO (Dropback.Tv) but no response from either.

There is a few people getting this glitch. Just visit the new Freedom support website and register if you haven’t already. Then just simply click “Create A New Case” and choose “Joining Freedom” from the ticket type menu and then in the message box just give them your channel link and let them know whats happening when you apply https://freedom.desk.com
