Does anyone know a best way to connect to a youtube support person? cause I have a situation that I need to talk to personally to a youtube support person.

I don't think YouTube actually has any "live" supports. I remember reading a lot of comments about how the "supports" are automated messages that don't really get back to you. You can try, but best bet is to just Google and hope that you can find some answers.
They don't have personal support unless you have 900,000+ minutes watch time in the past 90 days

Look around the forums first, who knows this concern you have might have been answered by someone else already
