Solved Report a video/channel video stolen!

Hey there, Sisko here

I recently just tried searching my own channelname in the YouTube searchbar and found a video of mine posted on a different channel without my permission.. I tried flagging the video and tried to contact YouTube directly but nothing seemed to work. This is not only my video. I looked around this guys channel and apparently he steals other peoples content aswell.. If anyone knows a way to stop this guy, I would love to hear it The links of both videos are down below

Seems he used your channel name in the video title?

The only thing you can do is report the video as being copied. But with that you must have prove that this is your content wich can be a struggle.

You should be able to put in a copyright claim and get the monetisation rights to the video.

You want to report it under "Infringes my rights" and "Infringes my copyright".

Yeah I guess that's probably because before the video starts it said ''Sisko Presents'' Also in the comments he is replying to people, acting like he actually created it. Also providing proof wouldn't be a problem. The video was created using Adobe After effects and I still have the file on my laptop here. Also if you check the upload dates mine is posted a few days earlier.

Yeah I tried that I think about a month back. I figured the Youtube staff or however it works on youtube, would have it pretty busy so I waited it out.
One month has past and still nothing has happened. I also don't want to spam youtube with multiple flags on the same person..
