I just posted a new video that I worked really hard on. I come to find that someone has wrongfully put two claims on my video when all the songs in my video come under fair use. I used a song that is Free to download by the creator (I think that is fair to use it in my video). The other caim was saying that I used some rap song, when in reality I used a instrumental from another song by Logic which happened to be the same beat is the one in the rap song that they claimed I stole. I think that is fair use. But honestly i'm not sure. Can someone help me out? How long does it take for stuff like this to get resolved? This is my video:

Yeah, i deleted it. I couldn't risk a strike on my channel. I reuploaded it and it seems like the claims are still there. I am going to have to fight them again.
I need to mention that the copyright claims still stand. I'm sure that the first one is false because it caught the original song and not the remix that I used but i'm not sure about the second one. Can you copyright a beat? or an instrumental? It's not even the song that I got the instrumenatl from. I originally got it from Logic - 5AM

Hey dude if you want to know why. The song at the start is copyrighted and it can not be used by you. I would say contact the owner and buying permission to use it, Send the proof to YouTube or VEVO or what there apart of and they will grant you permission to use in in any video to come.

You are using a template that uses a copyrighted song, the watermark on the song is even still there. Where it says "Audio Jungle", that is the watermark that shows that you do not have the rights to use the song.
Honestly, do not fight it, you will only lose. Remove the songs and re upload it. You are unfortunately in the wrong on this one.

The song at the start has been on many other channels such as Trap City. They claim on the Trap City channel that they don't own any of the music. Do you think they had to go through the same process that I am currently going through right now?[DOUBLEPOST=1453838978][/DOUBLEPOST]
It's not that! That is not the song that I am getting the claim on. I am getting the claim on the song that is featured in the body of the video and the in the credits. The template I used is completely free and I have used it in videos before with NO trouble. The template I used is fine.[DOUBLEPOST=1453839076][/DOUBLEPOST]Guys look at the matched times. The template I used is not the problem. I have used the same template on other videos.

Dude i dont think you understand. I have used that before on a video and it showed up as copyrighted. And cant sleep is in in the video and it is copyrighted. Also the beat at the end is also copyrighted by VEVO since it has been used by LogicVEVO. Like i have said before get new songs in the video. Look at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYrtgtWm1oEGqb8XVcTM4DA they are beat drop vines and beat drops used in his videos. As his videos are monitised he can use them in his video without permissions.
