Solved Didnt received a message about Forum freedom member

Hey i aplied for the freedom membership on the forum 3 days ago but i still didnt got an mail back or something about it and they said it will take 24/48 hours to respond but that time is already gone and i dont know if i did something wrong but i just want to be sure about it. can someone help me?

Hey

Make sure you have no copyright strikes on your channel and that you have FanFunding disabled on your YouTube dashboard as these will stop you from getting the invite.

Once you have done this you need to visit the new Freedom support website and register if you haven’t already. Then just simply click “Create A New Case” and choose “Invitations” from the ticket type menu and then in the message box just ask if they can send you an invite to your YouTube dashboard so you can join the Network https://freedom.desk.com

If it is about the partnership regarding your youtube channel then contact support.

If it is about the freedom partner badge then contact one of the Moderators or Admins
