Ive been looking for the helpdesk administrator for ages so i can get support through the portal as my channel is pretty messed u on here. Anyone know the link or anything i can use to get to the helpdesk administrator?

Not quite, ive been trying to email the support team directly as my channel page has some ongoing issues which i cannot fix. I went to the following link to get support: http://freedom.support.tm/support/login
However when i try to log in/change password it prompts me with this error: "You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact the helpdesk administrator to activate your account."

The old support system wont work you will have to use the one Linked by PGUK and create a new account there.
