Solved 11 days still no answer?

coming up on 11 days with my support ticket being processed did it get lost?
I'm not sure why nothing is happening.

I think i need new invite or my invite got messed up but its been 2 weeks.

Says up to a week and 24 hours for support

Yeah I talked to the head of CMS a lot of the team was away for the Christmas holidays and they are backed up on invites. They are working on them now so the ticket should be responded to soon.
