how do I play dogcraft

I got my daughter minecraft cause she been harassing me to play dogcraft for ages...

And I can't figure out how the hell to connect to a dogcraft server. ..

What the heck do I do?

Its a mod. You'll need to download and install it.

It also looks like it will require version 1.6.4 of minecraft to work. So make sure in your minecraft launcher that you edit your settings to use that version.

Also .. it requires forge ... which you will probably need a specific version for that too.

Omg thanks guys... no wonder I couldn't find the server... It's a mod! Lol

I installed forge... but it's not loading the mods... I think I may have messed up somewhere, maybe I'm running the wrong version of something... I just grabbed the latest of everything without seeing if they're actually compatible..

Ya, you likely have the wrong versions then. On the forge website, you should be able to select the version you need for 1.6.4.

Ya, modding minecraft can be a bit more complicated than other games, especially with all the different versions. XD You eventually get used to it.
