go to paypal.com , you can ask your parents for their card number to set one up or you can create one without a card I think or you can just create videos and wait until you get access to a paypal you put it into freedom and your money you earn will go into but this process will be longer to get your money so its best you make a paypal.

As mentioned above, you do not need a PayPal address to start earning, but you will need one to receive any money. If you do not have a PayPal account then your earnings will be saved until you do get one, at that point a catch up payment will be sent (system still in development) and all previous earnings will be sent to you.

You can make a paypal account without a creditcard so that shouldn't be a problem. To verify you paypal on the other hand you need to connect it to A. An creditcard or B. Your bank account.
