The dashboard of Freedom! says that my current channel is not a YouTube partner, but if I go to my YouTube dashboard, it says I am a YouTube be partner. I don't know what to do.

Does it mention Freedom! on that page? If it does, then you are partnered and you can ignore the message, if it does not then you are not currently a partner and will need to contact the support team in regards to finding out what is going on.

As Fourth wall says. If you follow the link and your youtube account says Network Freedom! Then you can ignore the message due to the dashboard undergoing a bug. If it only says Youtube partner then you have to contact freedom.support.tm

You must go to your Featured page. The one where you can see your standings and such. That is also the page that shows if you are connected to a network. The screenshot you provided is your youtube home page.

What I mean is look at the bigger blue box message on the Freedom! dash, then look right under my channel name on the YouTube screenshot.

What is there to see? My youtube dashboard looks the same. I mean that underneath the tab community left of your dashboard is Channel. If you look there then it should say Network freedom, then you can ignore the message. If this is not the case then contact support.
