Does anyone care for Yu-gi-oh anymore?

I know my brother in law can still freak out like a little kid over his yu-gi-ohcards but I think it just depends on what your childhood connection is with the game. I personally came acrosse magic's when I was younger and the cards still make me linger ><
The good ol memories... I grew up with that game.. still have thousands of cards and won several local tournaments. Not a fan of the new pendulum crap but beside that I still enjoy and play the game.
I don't understand why anyone would like Yu-Gi-Oh better than Magic. Yu-Gi-Oh is a much simpler game more based on the cards you have and your luck to draw them. Hardly any skill required. It's meant for kids.
Now, don't get me wrong .. I do like Yu-Gi-Oh and have played it a lot .. but overall Magic is a better game by design. It's a whole lot more complex, mature, and actually requires a lot more thinking to play properly.
Winning in Yu-Gi-Oh is as equal to winning a game of bingo. Nothing to brag about. You won either because you got better cards or you got lucky.
Magic on the other hand, you can have a crappy deck and still win against someone who simply isn't good at the game.

I tried it once. It seemed pretty good, but I am not all that into digital card games. I feel card games are always best played face to face so you can say, "It's time to duel!" and slap a card down on the table liek you are trying to break the table in half.
