I Tried watching the video but it was made 2014 and YouTube has changed over those times

Yep, it will appear exactly where they said it would appear. Just open a ticket after 7 days or so :bd

As said above normal it takes around 7 days for it to show on your dashboard if this is not the case then contact support.
