I kinda mistakenly record a live stream of the game with the radio turn on and obviously gotten tons of claims. I tried to to dispute all the claimed musics by saying "The song is part of the soundtrack of the Fallout 4 game. I have done commentary on the game and the music which is transformative under fair use. Please release the claim." Most of the claims got removed within a few days after that but only a few didn't.

The ones rejected my claim are SME INgrooves, Roba Music Verlag GmbH SME, and SME. Surprisingly, INgroove release one their claims and I forgot which music was it but SME INgrooves did not.

Did anyone ever tried to appeal the rejected claims from Fallout 4. I just want to know.

Always beware with disputing a claim when it comes to music. The best option you have if possible is to remove the music using the youtube tool, that way you remove the music from the background without getting into trouble with disputing as a false dispute can turn out quite bad for your channel.
