I have taken a look and there are some things that need adjustments.

Your banner doesn't fit wel together. You have a fallout character in front of a skyrim logo with txt in front and the total doesn't fit wel together and seems sloppy.
Your avatar is a copy from you banner and you need to create something unique to go with the banner.
The usage of a channel trailer could attract non-subs to your channel.
And ladt some of you thumbnails are loaded with different colours of txt wich makes it busy.

I don't want to sound rude but i hope thus feedback helps you improve your channel.
