Hey! Am I right by saying this? You can monetization all gameplay footage on YouTube while being partnered with Freedom! If that video has commentary? Or am I wrong?

Most game companies do allow this, but there are some who do not. You just have to look around to make sure they are ok with it. There are some sites around that list companies who are ok and those who are not. Sadly, I don't know the lists by heart so maybe someone else can weigh in on this and present us with the holy link. XD

If you have the list, than any game on that list you can record and monetize as long as there is commentary over it or if there is some other creative alteration to it. Any game you don't see on the list .. you just have to look it up yourself.

You can play the games that are off the list... you just won't make any money doing it because the companies would claim the monetization rights

I would say yes. Something also to be careful of is the music in games. Sometimes you can monetize a game, but the music in the game is a different story.

Kind of like GTA V then. You can upload and monetize gameplay only if you don't have any cutscenes or music on the radio playing etc.

Yep, pretty much. Not sure about the cut scenes though, unless they contain music that you can't turn off.
