As the topic suggests. At the moment I don't have a lot of games to play that I haven't completed. I'm playing Assassins Creed Stndicate as of now. The question is what content should I upload? Let's play? Or just random moments? If it's a lets play I find it hard to commentate. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

If you don't like doing commentary you could make music videos... use music from epidemic, position, or audio micro, and cut together some good assassin clips
If you're currently playing AC Syndicate, why not perhaps upload a montage of funny moments with perhaps your own commentary? Hope this is a good suggestion to start off with!
