Hello. I wanted to ask how long I have to wait for confirmation or rejection of the freedom of partnership. I have been waiting for 5 days and still nothing.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been waiting for some time for your Freedom partnership. As you have the required view amount can I just check that you have enabled monetisation on your account and that you have no outstanding community or copyright strikes?
If you are showing up as green on your YouTube dashboard then I would follow the steps outlined by LW001 above, and contact the Freedom support team who would be able to look into this for you and be able to progress your application. Don't forget that any updates will be communicated through the Freedom dashboard, once your channel has been reviewed you will be able to engage in a live chat from your Freedom dashboard which will complete your application
