Yes, just provide a PayPal email and you'll receive it through PayPal without service or transaction fees.

Technically you would need to be 18 to set up a paypal account without your parents permission, though they don't have any check on this, so yes as long as you create a paypal account any revenue you earned will be paid to that account in line with Freedom's payment schedule / advanced payment schedule.
