[Minecraft Tech] Digital TV with 8 bit input

This screen takes 8 bit inputs and turns them into a 64 bit image. A lot of people were asking what things can you do with memory and this is one of them. Although I'm using piston tape memory you could also use pretty much any other type of memory. Unfortunately it's quite slow to refresh at around 0.1Hz.

This is part of a larger project I'm working on (the thing in the background) so no world download until that is done
