YouTube is focused on quality in 2018 and is terminating many channels that do not follow the rules. KYC is Know Your Channel, an educational video series by George Vanous, CEO and founder of Freedom!, that teaches you by example how to keep your channel safe and improve your content quality.
If your channel is ypp-suspended, you can re-apply to ypp in 30 days. Visit Creator Studio (http://youtube.com/account_monetization) for more information about your channel status, including what you should do before you reapply for monetization.
While the YouTube team wouldn't be able to share any specifics about the violations, they would recommend you to follow the Best practices for metadata as outlined in this help center article: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/7002331
#2 - Video spam
It's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted, or repetitive content in videos, comments, private messages, or other places on the site.
Here are some types of content that are subject to copyright:
- Audiovisual works like TV shows and movies
- Sound recordings and musical compositions
- Visual and written works, including paintings, posters, articles and books
- Dramatic works such as plays and musicals
Issue: No videos and nothing on About page to explain why there are no videos. If we do not know the context, we need to err on the side of caution and unlink.
