Yes. I can't change my tags or title or anything once a video is uploaded. Only thing can I'm able to change is thumbnails. It is a bug/glitch within the YouTube system. It's driving me crazy! I hope they fix it soon.

Seems to be a selective bug if that is the case, none on my list are having the same issue. Have you tried a cache clear and cookie clear? see if something is interfering with you?

Yes it has stopped for me. Really annoying because I used them a lot.

I tried clearing my cashe and cookie's but it didn't really do anything.
