It wont affect anything that feature is for paid subscriptions you need 1000 active subscribers to use it.

Freedom! does not enable paid subscriptions. They put your content behind a pay wall (think of how Netflix makes you pay to watch shows).
You can still make revenue by enabling monetisation and all ad formats on your videos. In fact, it's better for small channels to use ads as it's less likely people will want to pay for your content.
