To he honest this needs alot of work.
It is like looking at a rainbow with all the different colours and the background is basic.
Try to find a background with design and edit from there. The social buttons are good but the subscribe and name needs to be redone.
I would scrap the subscribe part and make the name eye catching in the middle, the social icons above and a small motto underneath to begin with a basic banner.

Remove the subscribe image doesn't look good and work on on the text more and you'll be onto something
