Stardew valley seems to be popular at the moment, it might gain the most traction. But, always play what you want to play! If you can make it appealing, others will follow ^^

I love the game myself, and I would love to see a modded series. What exactly do you have in mind when you say 'modded series'? ..Testing different mods in each episode, or playing through the thing with tons of mods ?

I think at first chance, I'm playing through a character with the Floris Expanded mod, and perhaps each new season a new character and setting/mod.
