Would my rig be able to handle streaming with an Elgato HD60?

So, I've been lately wanting to buy a Elgato HD60 so I could stream some Nintendo Switch stuff to Twitch and YouTube live but I'm not sure if my older rig can possibly handle specifically both the streaming and the heavy-lifting of console capture done by my GPU at the same time. Do you guys think my rig can handle it?

I have 12 GB of DDR3 memory, a Nvidia GTX 650 and an AMD Phenom II X4 960T CPU @3.00GHz.

So, I just caved in and spent $100 on ebay for an Elgato HD60 Pro. It should be here in a few days. I don't think my rig might be able to manage 1080p fully (maybe it can with the switch?) but I think 720p is achievable with some compromise in quality.
