I have just reviewed your channel! I say to improve it you need to:
1. Get an intro to brand your channel, weather if it's catch or just to represent your channel.
2. Boost your Volume as you are hard to hear. You can do this by using audacity or just boost it up using the editing software you use.
3. I would also make a channel trailer to introduce your new viewers, include: Your name, Age (optional), Job (Optional) what your channel is about, what you plan to do in the future. You can also your game footage in the background or just simply use your webcam and speak to your audience. Don't make it more longer than 2 minutes
4. Sort your videos using Playlists as it would be easier to find the video that the viewer wants.
After sorting these things out will boost your professional look to your YouTube channel and get more views easier and faster.
