Good day! I've heard that it is illegal to give 'Worldwide Giveaways' coz of local laws and stuff. But is it legal to give in-game items (like in dota2) as a giveaway worldwide?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with these kinds of stuff and just wanna be safe.

I think it depends on the Give away. I am from the Netherlands but things like a Code for Steam, Psn or Xbox to name an example can be send trough email. As for other things i am quite curious. If i'm not mistaken you can send a gift up to a certain price and weight.
