I will probably not, if I do not want to see an AD..I can always use an AD Blocker and its FREE.

I would love to subscribe to YouTube Red when it comes to Canada in 2016!
It has a nice handful of nice features. Lots of people I've seen criticize the service for charging $10 a month "just to remove advertisements" but it's much more than that.
In the mean time, I'll be subscribed to Google Play Music.

I don't see the point in it. I still can see on Youtube the content I like for free. I could use Adblock but why should I try to destroy the community?
Seriously, I couldn't find anything interesting in Red. If I want to pay an American company for shows with a budget I would be with Netflix as the quality of their shows is much higher and they would have more (paid) content ready.
