Will I be accepted as a partner in freedom if there is any fair use content? Like if I got something copyrighted, I can dispute by using fair use LEGALLY. Right? But I wonder if Freedom! accepts fair use content from youtube. I really want to upload my mashups. But I am afraid that I might not be a partner in freedom even I made all my videos fair use. Please help me! Thank you!

If they don't see a risk in your channel's content generating copyright issues in the future you're fine.

Yes Freedom allows you to have fair use content on the channel. If they did find anything they will let you know during your channel review, also YouTube should also flag up any issues with your channel when it goes through your monetisation review as well.
