You can try improving your tags, titles and description first. People can never find your video in search results if you don't do so.
Instead of "Rainbow Six Troll", you can try changing it to "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege - Funny Online Trolling Moments".
As for tags, use sentences you think people would often type to find any videos related to what they search. Examples like "Rainbow Six Siege Trolling", "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Funny Trolling Moments", "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Multiplayer Trolling" are some of the few examples.
As for the thumbnail, maybe perhaps add a few troll faces to tell potential viewers that your video is indeed a troll video.
Video-wise, I suggest recording multiple sessions of you trolling and edit them all. Add a funny music in the background and cut out the unnecessary parts like the loading screen and such. Just show the audience the trolling bits, like making a trolling montage.
