Had a member of the Freedom Family post on one of my videos and it was marked as Spam.

Is there any way to whitelist users?

Yes if you see a comment for a user you can pull it up under the "published comments" section of your YouTube dashboard and then at the far right of the comment there should be a little flag icon (next to the bin icon) in which you can always approve comments on your channel from that particular user

Sometimes if a user comments trigger words like sub4sub, check out my channel etc, something along those lines, youtube automatically marks those comments as spam and waits for you to approve them, you can disable this by going into youtubes comments settings

I don't want to disable the spam completely (I get alot of people that just toss up newsletter signup links) but I had a Freedom user send me a message and I hit delete instead of approve ...

if you've deleted it I am unsure of a way you can recover it or contact the user, but take some time to get familiar with the youtube comment moderation tools and see if you can work something out
