Im new youtuber, how can I get my money?

Depends if you signed up to adsense or belong to a YT network. Most of the time they would pay this to a paypal account which you can then transfer onto your bank account or use it to pay for items if you wanted.

Are you apart of Freedom? If so, whenever you upload simply click on the monetization section and click on the boxes to put advertisements on your videos. Then just let the views and ad revenue roll in.If not, you'll want to sign up to AdSense. Google search for a tutorial.

Oh your channel is ready to monetise. Just go to the menu to edit your video and click on the highlighted area.

Everything is set-up correctly and you are earning money. It doesn't matter if you can't see it in AdSense. If you're in the Freedom network your earnings will appear a month after YouTube says you have earned it on your Freedom earnings tab.
